Wongarbon Nature Reserve Plan of Management

Wongarbon Nature Reserve forms part of a regional network of reserves including Beni State Conservation Area, Goonoo National Park and State Conservation Area, Coolbaggie Nature Reserve and Goobang National Park. The reserve protects important remnant vegetation including endangered ecological communities and threatened species.

Wongarbon Nature Reserve lies within the traditional Country of the Wiradjuri People.

The plan of management enables the continued protection of habitat that supports several threatened species and will help mitigate impacts to the parks' natural and cultural values.

This is the first plan of management for this park.
