Processing time for a complete application depends on various factors, including the nature of the proposal. A minimum of 7 full business days is required to process this application (applications received after 1:00 pm are considered the next business day).
If documents are missing from your application, the 7 business days required to process your application will commence from the date the complete set of documentation is provided.

The local NPWS office will process your application. You will be notified whether or not your application is approved.

Payment
A non-refundable application and assessment fee is payable on submission of this application. NPWS staff will contact you with the exact cost before charging you. Additional service charges will be payable where applicable.
A security deposit, daily/weekly/hourly fees and any applicable supervision fees are payable upon approval of the application.
Once all fees have been received, we will issue an agreement that authorises your activities and includes all conditions relating to the filming or photography activity.
