The plan covers the following parks: Bobbiwaa State Conservation Area, Couradda National Park, Killarney State Conservation Area and Moema National Park. The plan supports the significant cultural and biodiversity values in the parks including scarred trees and artefact scatters, as well as 3 threatened ecological communities: Brigalow, Myall Woodland and Carbeen Open Forest. The parks also support 17 threatened animal species and 3 threatened plant species.

This is the first plan of management for this park and will replace the statement of management intent published in 2014.
