Air

Find data, reports and research on air quality and air pollution across New South Wales.

Clean air is important for our health and the environment. It is a key environmental issue for NSW residents.

The Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water monitors and analyses air quality and provides information about air quality and air pollution to the community and industry. We work with the Environment Protection Authority (EPA) and NSW Health to provide a scientific basis for measures to reduce air pollution and protect the community's health.

The EPA regulates air quality and implements measures for managing and reporting air pollution.
