Partnership species have less than 10% of their population in New South Wales.
Saving our Species aims to invest conservation resources where they are needed most, so the program prioritises the management of partnership species that:
- have high conservation value within New South Wales
- are listed as threatened elsewhere in Australia.
Framework for partnership species
The Framework for partnership species sets out the partnership objectives and how species are allocated to this management stream.
