Lower Hunter Spotted Gum Ironbark Forest in the Sydney Basin and NSW North Coast bioregions - reject listing as endangered ecological community
The NSW Threatened Species Scientific Committee, established under the Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016 (the Act), has made a Final Determination to REJECT the 22nd April 2016 proposal to list Lower Hunter Spotted Gum Ironbark Forest in the Sydney Basin and NSW North Coast Bioregions as an Endangered Ecological Community in Part 2 of Schedule 2 of the Act.
This Determination has been superseded by the 2019 Final Determination.
