Property services in NSW alpine resorts

The property services team manages existing leases and licences in the Kosciuszko alpine resort areas and handles enquiries about new leases and licensing opportunities.

Applications for new leases and licences are assessed against the compliance requirements of:

• the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1974
• Kosciuszko National Park Plan of Management
• the Property Leasing Guidelines.

The team:

• advises lessees and licensees on licence or lease requirements and conditions
• monitors compliance issues and accounts receivables.
